Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 April 2026

1. What HTMLaunch is

HTMLaunch ("the Service") is a free tool operated by G2G Advisory Limited ("we", "us") that helps you deploy static websites to GitHub Pages via your own GitHub account. We are a tool provider, not a hosting provider. Your content is stored in your GitHub account and served by GitHub.

2. Your account

To use HTMLaunch you must sign in with a valid GitHub account. By signing in, you authorise HTMLaunch to create public repositories in your GitHub account, upload files to those repositories, and enable GitHub Pages. We do not read, modify, or delete your existing repositories.

You are responsible for your GitHub account credentials. If you believe your session has been compromised, sign out immediately from the HTMLaunch app and revoke access via your GitHub authorised applications page.

3. Your content

You own everything you deploy. Your files go directly to your GitHub account. We do not store, copy, or retain your content on our servers. When a deploy completes, no copy of your files exists on HTMLaunch infrastructure.

Because your content is hosted by GitHub, it is also subject to the GitHub Terms of Service and GitHub Acceptable Use Policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HTMLaunch to deploy content that:

We run automated content scanning before each deploy as a courtesy filter. This does not guarantee that all harmful content will be caught, and passing the filter does not constitute approval of your content.

5. Enforcement

If we become aware of content that violates these terms, we may:

Because your content lives in your GitHub account (not ours), we cannot directly remove your deployed sites. Takedown requests should be directed to GitHub's DMCA process.

6. Abuse reporting

Anyone can report a site deployed via HTMLaunch by sending a POST request to our /report API endpoint, or by emailing abuse@htmlaunch.com. We review reports and take appropriate action as described in section 5.

7. Privacy and data

When you use HTMLaunch, we process:

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. No warranty

HTMLaunch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that deploys will succeed. GitHub Pages availability is controlled by GitHub, not by us.

We are not responsible for:

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G2G Advisory Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of HTMLaunch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, or to report abuse, contact us at abuse@htmlaunch.com or via the GitHub issues page.
